Note to New Customers:
If you purchased a video for the first time:
Check your inbox and spam folder for the activation link we emailed shortly after placing your order.
There may be occasional system or verification delays so please allow at least two hours for it to arrive before contacting support. In most cases it will arrive long before your email to support can even be processed.
After it arrives, follow the link and complete the form. Please do not leave the page until it finishes processing.
Once complete, you can select your product from the menu at the right and use the download buttons that appear only when you are logged in.
Please do not create and activate a new account after ordering unless otherwise instructed by support. The link our system sends after receiving your order is the only link that will give automatic access to downloads.
If you were logged into an already activated account when you placed your order:
You will not receive another activation link. Your download access is automatically activated once PayPal clears your payment.
If you had an activated account but were not logged in:
Another activation link will go out.
If you have different logins for different products:
This happens when you order products under separate transactions without first logging into an activated account.
If you want these merged under a single member login, forward our webmaster the PayPal receipts for each of the products you want merged and the username and email of the membership to merge them into.
