If you did not get this email, here are some possible reasons and solutions:
- You may not be an approved registrant in a Kley webinar.
- Free access is only available to approved registrants of one of Marshall’s Drawing Lessons from Heinrich Kley webinars.
- The Zoom email you provided in the form does not match the Zoom email we have in our records for you so our system could not verify your submission.
- You need to submit the email address used when you registered for either of the Kley webinars. Please resubmit a form with corrected information.
Even if that email is no longer valid, our system still needs it to locate your registration. (Note: remaining notifications go to the marshallart.com membership email you submitted so that must be a valid email.) - We may not have sent your upgrade notice yet.
- We process submissions in batches. Normally you should get a response the same day, but please allow a day or two.
- You got the notification but could not log into your marshallart.com membership to perform the required upgrade step.
- Either your login is incorrect (you may have more than one marshallart.com membership) or you never activated your membership.
If you cannot correct this, contact webinar support at least 7 days prior to the deadline. To minimize delay, include all the information from your last form submission with your support request so we can check that first (Zoom name & email and marshallart.com username & email).
