Migration Support

We installed a different download system on July 5, 2015. If you ordered Marshall’s 1994 Perspective Series on that date or earlier and want to download it again, we first need to migrate you to the new system with a new username and password. Logins from before that date no longer work.

Do you already have a membership, either a free one or one that came with a more recent video order (such as Design your Career with a Whiteboard), that was activated after July 5, 2015? (Unless you clicked an activation link in an email from us and created your own username and password, you do not have an activated membership.)

If you already have an activated membership, skip to step 3 below so we can consolidate your access with that login.

If you DO NOT already have an activated membership, complete all three steps below:

  1. Click here to initiate a free membership.
  2. Watch your email for an activation link from marshallart.com (don’t forget to check your spam folder, too!) and follow the simple instructions in that email. (If you do not see the activation link within a couple hours, see Activation Link Support.)
  3. Complete the form at the bottom of this page. (Do not submit this form before you have an activated membership; it will cause additional delay.)

Once we receive the form, we will locate your original record and migrate it to the new system. We must do this part manually. It usually takes less than 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) but incomplete or incorrect submissions can extend processing a day or more.

We will notify you as soon as the migration is completed.
