Migration Support

We installed a different download system on July 5, 2015. If you ordered the 1994 Perspective Series on that date or earlier and want to download it again, you will first need to be migrated to our new system with a new username and password of your own choice (previous logins are no longer compatible). Here is how:

  1. Click here to initiate a free membership. If you already have an activated membership (either free or from a more recent video order), skip to step 3 and we will consolidate your access with that membership.
    NOTE: Unless you clicked an activation link that we emailed you and set up a username and password, you do not have an activated membership.
  2. IMPORTANT! Watch your email for an activation link (please don’t forget to check your spam folder!) and follow that link to set up a username and password. If you do not see the activation link, see Activation Link Support.
  3. Complete the form at the bottom of this page. Please do not submit this form unless you have an activated membership. We cannot migrate you without that.

Once we receive the form, we will locate your record and migrate you. This is done manually and usually takes less than 24 hours — excluding weekends and U.S. holidays — but incomplete or incorrect information will extend processing time.

We will notify you as soon as migration is completed.
