On July 6, 2015, we installed a new download system. The older system is now deactivated. If ordered a video prior to that date and need to download again, you will need to migrate to the new system (see below). Orders placed after that date are not affected.
Here is how to migrate:
- Click here to initiate a free membership. If you already have an activated membership (free or from a more recent order), skip to step 3 below.
NOTE: If you never clicked an activation link in an email from marshallart.com to set up your username and password, you do not have an activated membership.
- IMPORTANT! Watch your email for an activation link (remember to check your junk mail folder!) and follow that link to set up a username and password. If you do not see the activation link, click here for activation link support.
- Complete the form at the bottom of this page.
- We will locate your record and migrate your access. This is done manually and usually takes less than 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) when you supply your PayPal receipt. Your PayPal receipt does not include any sensitive data that we don’t already have on file.
We will notify you as soon as your access is ready.
