Activation likes are sent automatically\u00a0after your payment clears<\/em> which is usually within a couple minute. But delays can occur, so allow a couple hours for it to arrive before contacting support<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Once your membership is activated and you are logged in, you can select your product from the menu at the left. Download buttons appear on product pages only when you are logged in.<\/p>\n

The activation link will no longer work so you can safely discard it.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT:<\/b><\/h4>\n

Please do not attempt to create a new membership\u00a0after <\/i>ordering unless you were explicitly instructed to do so by a support team member. <\/span>The activation link our system sends after receiving your order is the only way to get automatic access to your downloads.<\/p>\n

If you were logged into an already\u00a0activated<\/em> account when you placed your order:<\/b><\/h4>\n

You will not receive another activation link. Your download access is automatically activated once PayPal clears your payment.<\/p>\n

If you had an activated account but were not logged in when you placed your order:<\/b><\/h4>\n

Another activation link will go out for access to this order.<\/p>\n

If you have different logins for different products:<\/b><\/h4>\n

This happens when you place transactions for multiple products without first logging into an activated<\/i> account.
