To notify attendees as quickly as possible in the VERY UNLIKELY event that I need to cancel the seminar at the last minute. To that end, you will want to be sure the number you provide is one that I can reach you at on the day of the seminar.

If you are registering another person, it is best to provide that person's phone number so I can notify them directly.

You may optionally email me the phone number via my contact page. In such a case, please be sure to also include your name and PayPal RECEIPT ID # just as it appears on your receipt.
