We use PayPal to process all orders. Whether or not you have a PayPal account, you should receive a receipt via PayPal within minutes of placing your order. This is your “official” receipt.
If you paid with your PayPal account, the receipt will go to the email address associated with that account. If you paid with a credit card, the receipt will go to the email address you provide during checkout. In either case, if the email address was mistyped, is no longer active, or your inbox is full, you will not have received your receipt. If your order warrants an activation link, that will not go through either.
In rare cases, there may be a delay of several hours. If you do not receive your receipt within 24 hours of placing your order, complete the form below and we will look into it. If you think there may be an issue with your email address, please describe.
