We use PayPal to process all orders but you do not need a PayPal account to pay for an order. Whether or not you have a PayPal account, you should still receive a receipt via PayPal within minutes of placing your order. This is your “official” receipt. You will also receive an order confirmation email which will come from marshallart.com but this is not a receipt.
A valid and accessible email address is crucial when ordering. If you paid with your PayPal account, the receipt will go to the email address associated with that account. If you paid with a credit card, the receipt will go to the email address you provide during checkout. In either case, if the email address was mistyped, is no longer active, or your inbox is full, your payment will still go through but you will not receive a receipt or order confirmation. If your order warrants an activation link, that will not reach you either. Please see IMPORTANT section below.
Since PayPal processes our orders and receipts, we cannot resend receipts. If you need a receipt for your records, please contact PayPal as soon as possible to see if they can help.
In rare cases, there may be a delay of several hours. If you do not receive a PayPal receipt within 24 hours of placing your order or you think there may be an issue with your email address, please describe using the form below. But be aware that we cannot resend receipts or confirmations.
IMPORTANT: For some support issues, we require your PayPal receipt as proof of purchase. If you do not have your PayPal receipt, please keep a record of the exact date of purchase, buyer’s name & email (even if a defunct email was used when ordering), and your username & email at marshallart.com (if your membership is already activated) so we can locate your record.
