We try covering all the bases in the FAQ section of each of these support pages. It’s the fastest way to get most answers. If we missed something, you can use the support form at the bottom of those pages. We generally respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Activation Link Support — Click here if you did not receive your activation link within an hour of ordering (for video orders and free memberships — be sure to check your junk mail folder first!)
  • PayPal Receipt Support — Click here if you do not get your PayPal receipt within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Video Support — For issues related to video downloading.
  • General Support — For all other issues.

If you do not see a reply from us within 48 hours, it is likely that you or your ISP has a spam blocker that is keeping our emails from getting through. This has been happening for us mostly with hotmail addresses. Please correct the situation and contact us again OR provide a different email address where we can reach you.
