- Video Support — for issues related to video downloads
- Activation Link Support — if you did not receive your activation link within a few hours of placing your order or signing up for a free membership
- Payment Receipt Support — if you don’t get your PayPal receipt within 24 hours of placing your order
- Migration Support — if you ordered Marshall’s Perspective series prior to July 5, 2015 and need to download it again (and have not already been migrated)
- General Support — for any other issues
If you got a 500 error during login or activation, chances are that your login was still successful. Return to any page in the shop and refresh your browser. If you see your name or user name near the top of the right column, you are logged in. If not, wait about an hour and try again or try a different browser before contacting support.
